Job summary

Pixel Ink Agency in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking a full-time Digital Sales Specialist to grow the company’s digital advertising revenues in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

You will work with multimedia consultants to sell digital-only, specialty, and multimedia products, and be the go-to digital expert for training and field support. The role targets advertisers with creative, performance-driven marketing solutions and requires active networking and ability to present to clients.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in communications or marketing (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, digital media advertising preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with multimedia consultants to educate and sell current customers on the company’s digital-only, specialty, and multimedia products and services.
• Utilize traditional methods and social media to prospect for new business.
• Conduct customer needs analyses and create presentations and proposals to provide customers with customized solutions.
• Assist in the development of new digital strategies, training, and product launches.
• Participate in advertiser’s workshops that educate local businesses about digital marketing.

Job Summary

The digital sales specialist’s primary role is to sell the company’s digital advertising portfolio to businesses in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul region. Pixel Ink Agency, the digital services agency for Adams MultiMedia is responsible for growing digital revenues by developing non-endemic customers through personal sales efforts. In addition, this position is the “go-to” digital expert, assisting sales managers with digital training and accompanying the multimedia sales consultants on sales calls.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated digital savvy with the ability to help advertisers solve complex business challenges with custom, performance-driven marketing solutions.

This person has a passion for helping businesses grow through creative and effective advertising campaigns, marketing, and branding efforts.

This position requires a sales professional who actively participates in networking events, business service organizations, and industry functions.
