Do you live and breathe performance cars? Are you the go-to person in your car group when it comes to aftermarket upgrades? Fabspeed Motorsport is looking for a sharp, proactive, and automotive-savvy Digital Sales & Enthusiast Engagement Specialist to take our online sales presence to the next level.
This role is built for a fast writer with a passion for high-end cars who thrives in Facebook groups, car forums, and enthusiast communities. You'll be the eyes and ears of the brand—spotting sales opportunities, connecting with potential customers, driving conversations, and keeping our wholesale network in check.
Key Responsibilities:
● Hunt for Sales Leads Across Communities: Dive into Facebook groups, automotive forums (like Rennlist, FerrariChat, McLaren Life, etc.), and enthusiast pages to identify performance-minded individuals. Join the conversation and introduce them to how Fabspeed can elevate their vehicle’s potential.
● Push the Brand with Authority & Passion: Post informative, engaging content that promotes Fabspeed’s products and values. Position us as the leader in exotic car performance solutions and make sure enthusiasts know we’re here to help them build their dream cars.
● Engage and Convert Enthusiasts: Respond to comments, questions, and discussions with speed, clarity, and confidence. Help move the needle from “curious” to “converted” with accurate product info, pricing guidance, and sales team coordination.
● Monitor Wholesale & MAP Violations: Keep an eye on dealer websites, forums, and selling platforms to identify pricing policy (MAP) violations. Work directly with violators to correct issues professionally and quickly—preserving the integrity of the brand and channel.
● Track and Report Activity: Use Microsoft Excel or our CRM (Odoo) to document interactions, leads, forum activity, and MAP enforcement results. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off hot leads and stay aligned on outreach priorities. What You Bring to the Table:
● Strong Automotive Knowledge: You know your way around a Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, and more. Bonus if you’ve worked in aftermarket performance or car sales before.
● Excellent Writing Skills: You can type fast, write clearly, and know how to keep your tone on-brand, informative, and persuasive.
● Sales Mindset: You’re always looking for an angle to close the deal, upsell a system, or start a conversation that leads to a purchase.
● Online Community Fluency: You know your way around the forums and Facebook groups. You’ve posted, replied, and maybe even moderated a few.
● Organized and Proactive: You track what matters, follow up consistently, and stay on top of digital activity without being asked twice.
● Bonus Skills:
○ Microsoft Excel proficiency
○ Ideally, with experience in MAP enforcement or wholesale account management
○ Familiarity with CRM platforms like Odoo would be an advantage
○ Preferably with a background in digital sales or marketing
