We are currently seeking a CX Product Engagement Specialist for a remote position.

Overview:

The CX Product Engagement Specialist drives product adoption, enhances the client journey, and uses data insights to improve client engagement. This role involves strategic and tactical initiatives to boost onboarding, retention, and satisfaction, working cross-functionally to ensure digital touchpoints and in-app experiences meet business and client needs, thereby reducing churn and strengthening relationships. Responsibilities include managing operational platforms like Pendo, Gainsight, Vonage, and SkillJar to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement & Adoption: Design strategies to increase product adoption and user engagement.
  2. Journey Optimization: Analyze interactions to improve onboarding and lifecycle experience.
  3. Digital Insights & Analytics: Use data from platforms like Pendo and Gainsight to assess trends and recommend actions.
  4. Strategic Enablement: Develop in-app messaging, guides, and campaigns to support retention.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to align digital strategies with client needs.
  6. Churn Mitigation: Identify risks and collaborate on engagement strategies.
  7. Platform Administration & Optimization: Manage tools such as Pendo, Gainsight, and Vonage.
  8. System Integrations & Enhancements: Optimize integrations between Salesforce, Skilljar, etc., and research new features or add-ons.
  9. Process Improvement & Automation: Streamline workflows through automation.
  10. Documentation & Governance: Maintain documentation and support training efforts.
Requirements:
  1. Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  2. 2+ years managing business systems like Pendo, Gainsight, Vonage.
  3. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Experience with system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).
  5. Ability to support non-technical users and work cross-functionally.
  6. Experience in customer engagement, product adoption, or digital strategy.
  7. Passion for improving client experience and product interactions.
