Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Lead: Design and coordinate assemblies, support student leadership, and promote global awareness.
• Advisory Lead: Train and guide teachers, monitor programs, and facilitate communication.
• Family Engagement Co-Lead: Organize family events, develop engagement strategies, and serve as a primary contact.
• Whole School Initiatives Co-Lead: Lead service projects, wellness initiatives, and inclusive programs.
• Co-Curricular Lead: Develop clubs and enrichment activities, encourage student participation.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Work with school leadership, engage families, represent the school, and adapt to community needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s in education, sociology, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 2-3 years in community engagement, student affairs, or similar, preferably online/hybrid settings.
• Proven success in fostering inclusive school communities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in event planning, program development, and educator support.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Innovative, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Strategic in driving retention and enrollment, with a focus on family connections.
• Alignment with Inspired’s mission; willing to travel as needed.
