We are currently seeking a CX Product Engagement Specialist for a remote position.

Overview

The CX Product Engagement Specialist will drive product adoption, optimize the client journey, and utilize data insights to enhance engagement. This role involves strategic and tactical initiatives to improve onboarding, retention, and customer satisfaction. The specialist will work cross-functionally to ensure digital touchpoints and in-app experiences meet business and client needs, reducing churn and strengthening relationships. Responsibilities include managing platforms like Pendo, Gainsight, Vonage, and SkillJar, ensuring their alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design strategies to increase product adoption and user engagement.
  2. Analyze client interactions to improve onboarding and lifecycle experiences.
  3. Use data from engagement platforms to assess trends and recommend actions.
  4. Develop in-app messaging and campaigns to support retention.
  5. Collaborate with various teams to align digital strategies.
  6. Identify risk indicators and develop proactive engagement strategies.
  7. Manage and optimize engagement tools for seamless execution.
  8. Support system integrations and research functionalities of different features and partners.
  9. Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements.
  10. Maintain documentation and support training efforts for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  1. Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  2. 2+ years managing systems like Pendo, Gainsight, Vonage, or similar.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
  4. Experience with system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).
  5. Ability to support non-technical users and work cross-functionally.
  6. Experience in customer engagement, product adoption, or digital strategy.
  7. Passion for improving client experience and product interactions.
