Job summary

Spenard Builders Supply, part of Builders FirstSource, seeks a Digital Product Specialist to drive digital transformation and revenue growth across Alaska. You will accelerate adoption of MyBLDR, SF.com, and Paradigm, and align sales processes with online channels for increased efficiency.

Based in the Anchorage region, travel regionally up to 80% and collaborate with field teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the architecture, estimating, building products or construction industry.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a CRM to keep up to date sales activities. File & account setup will be a critical part of the role to keep the customers organized.
• Proven experience developing strong relationships with builders, architects, developers, interior designers and/or wholesalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of MyBLDR across the region; coach sales teams and ensure consistent use to boost engagement.
• Serve as regional SME and trainer for SF.com; enable pipeline management and reporting.
• Lead Paradigm adoption for estimates; integrate into sales workflow and speed the cycle.
• Generate Ecommerce revenue by converting online leads and supporting account teams.
• Execute targeted campaigns to grow market share and wallet share.
• Ensure cross-channel alignment between digital tools, field sales, and customers.
