Job summary

WLIO-TV/Gray Media in Lima, OH is seeking a Digital Sales & Office Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating digital advertising orders and processing trafficking instructions. This role also covers front desk duties during business hours and aids with daily sales administration.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in sales support or advertising, and strong Microsoft Office skills with familiarity in CRM or ad platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–2 years of experience in sales support, digital media, advertising, or administrative reception preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with CRM, traffic, or digital ad platforms (e.g., WideOrbit, Matrix, or Google Ad Manager) is a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data/order entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong front-desk etiquette.
• Self-starter with a collaborative, team-first attitude balancing admin tasks with digital workflow coordination.

Responsibilities
