Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Apartments.com in Seattle to drive digital advertising solutions for multifamily clients. You will prospect new business, grow existing accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients’ marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent in Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting opportunities and upsell/renewals with current customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisors to their marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales revenue and provide excellent customer service.
• Deliver value-add communications and market insights to help clients achieve goals.
