Job summary

FOX Station Sales, based in New York, NY, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Digital Account Executives and Sales Managers with order entry, campaign reporting, and client communications. The role covers FLX, OTT/CTV, and other digital platforms within a fast-paced team.

You will work closely with an experienced digital sales group, gaining exposure to multi-platform digital advertising strategies and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data, accuracy focused.
• Solid understanding of Digital, Streaming/OTT, and Social Media advertising; basic knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable of learning industry software and CRMs including WideOrbit and AOS.
• Independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist Digital Account Executives and Sales Managers with order entry, revisions, and campaign reporting for FLX, OTT/CTV, and other digital platforms.
• Traffic & Campaign Management: Schedule and monitor digital ad campaigns, ensure full delivery from inception to completion.
• Client Fulfillment: Prepare and distribute campaign performance reports, post-campaign recaps, and monthly client reports.
• Account Communication: Liaise with sales reps, buyers, and internal partners regarding makegoods, revisions, and program changes.
• Prospecting Support: Aid Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and client-facing presentations.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, CRM updates, and order processing accurately.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Ad Ops, Traffic, Insights, Creative Services, and Finance.
• Management Support: Assist Sales Management with contracts, documentation, and invoicing.
• Additional Duties: Support other teams and station initiatives as assigned.
