Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins across companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small businesses, providing expert guidance and building a strong book of business.

Qualifications

Acumen using new tools and real-time data to assist clients and prospects.
Proactive outreach with a positive, persistent attitude.
Continuous learning to improve sales approaches.
Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Military experience helpful for teamwork, resilience, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

Grow our business by closing sales and achieving targets within your geography.
Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers.
