Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ. This role will involve selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits using the latest digital tools to new and existing clients.

You will act as a consultative partner to CFOs, HR, and payroll admins across a range of companies, from Fortune 100 to small businesses. You will work toward daily dials, talk time, and appointment goals, with autonomy and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship
• Military experience -- teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building will help you build team and client relationships
• A college degree is great but not required
