Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ. You will sell payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You’ll partner with CFOs, HR, and payroll admins, growing your book of business with autonomy, a set weekday schedule, and virtual appointments.

You'll receive high-quality sales training, uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tools and technology to assist clients and prospects.
• Ability to manage time and outreach withGo-to-market tech during the sales process.
• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship preferred.
