Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Compliance Risk Manager for U.S. Bank's Digital Consumer and Business Banking initiative.

You will provide independent oversight and credible challenge across the Second Line of Defense, partnering with Digital, First Line Risk Management, and Corporate Compliance to drive a robust risk program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory knowledge.
• Deep understanding of consumer protection regulations and digital banking risks.
• Experience providing independent oversight and credible challenge in a 3LOD environment.
• Ability to influence and partner across multiple lines of defense and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent compliance risk oversight and credible challenge.
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust compliance risk management framework.
• Participate in projects to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide 2LOD oversight of digital products, services, and customer experiences.
• Evaluate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation effectiveness.
• Identify gaps and inform appropriate remediation.
• Escalate compliance risks and issues as needed.
• Liaise between Digital, First Line risk management, Corporate Compliance, and other lines of defense.
• Oversee risk assessments, change reviews, and regulatory change implementation.
