Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Compliance Leader to provide independent second-line oversight across U.S. Corporate Office programs, design and enhance the Regulatory Compliance Management Program, and advise on new regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Audit to ensure effective control environments and credible challenge. The role requires a strong background in compliance risk management, data analysis, and executive-ready communication skills to support

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance.
• Strong background in second-line compliance oversight.
• Ability to assess program design, identify regulatory risk, challenge control effectiveness, and provide regulatory advice.
• Experience leading compliance risk management activities including risk assessments, monitoring, and governance reporting.
• Experience evaluating complex processes, third-party arrangements, and governance artifacts.
• Ability to build relationships with Legal, Finance, Risk, Corporate Secretary, Audit, and Regulators.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment; drive issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent second-line compliance oversight across U.S. Corporate Office programs.
• Design, implement, and enhance the Regulatory Compliance Management Program.
• Advise business on regulatory requirements and credible change management.
• Develop data analyses and present governance reporting for senior management.
