Aprés Nail is seeking a skilled Photographer & Retoucher to capture product and lifestyle imagery across marketing, e‑commerce, and packaging. You will own shoots from setup to delivery, maintaining brand standards in lighting, color, and composition.

The role demands independent creativity, strong color accuracy, and fluency with AI-assisted workflows. You’ll collaborate with the Creative team in a fast-paced studio environment to deliver premium assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in photography and retouching for beauty or consumer goods.
• Experience with studio lighting and shoot logistics.
• Advanced Photoshop/Lightroom retouching including composites.
• Ability to build shot lists from briefs and execute shoots with minimal direction.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted image tools with critical judgment.
• Strong understanding of color accuracy and brand fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product and lifestyle photography per briefs.
• Set up lighting, camera gear, and staging per brand guidelines.
• Direct models and props to match creative vision.
• Create shot lists from briefs and manage shooting plan.
• Collaborate with design team for final imagery.
• Maintain consistent brand photography style across shoots.
• Adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.
• Perform heavy retouching and compositing to final assets.
• Check color accuracy against samples before delivery.
• Maintain organized file management and asset storage.
