Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking an On Call Retoucher to join our on-site post-production studio in Dublin, CA. You will support the creative team by delivering accurate, on-brand retouched assets for ecommerce and imagery.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 3 years of retouching experience, and proficiency in Photoshop and related tools. Must handle high-volume workflows and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of technical retouching production experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating before/after retouching in apparel/product photography.
• Advanced retouching, compositing, masking, and color correction abilities.
• Experience with textures, lighting, and print production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-volume product and on-figure ecommerce photography and video.
• Ensure imagery quality control: color accuracy and technical specs.
• Work with textures and fabrics to create realistic final products.
• Use proprietary software to organize, catalog, and upload images.
• Deliver quality retouched assets accurately and promptly.
