Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish retail IT equipment including POS systems, computers, servers, printers, tablets, laptops, and handheld devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, maintenance, testing, and quality inspections to ensure equipment meets specifications.
• Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service, repair, and inventory records.
• Package, label, sort, and prepare equipment for shipment and delivery.
• Communicate repair status, inventory needs, and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow customer repair guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
