Staffmark Group is hiring a Computer Technician in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on diagnosing hardware issues, repairing and upgrading components, and configuring systems to meet quality standards.

The position offers $19 per hour, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with basic hardware knowledge and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on computers, laptops, servers, and electronic devices.
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and component replacements as needed.
• Test equipment and verify functionality to meet quality standards.
• Install, update, and configure operating systems and software.
• Evaluate incoming technology for refurbishment, resale, or recycling.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare devices for resale.
• Accurately document repairs, testing results, and inventory information.
• Organize and manage refurbished equipment within the warehouse.
• Assist with processing incoming and outgoing technology devices.
• Follow quality control and data security procedures.

Job Duties
