Staffmark Group is hiring a Digital Repair Technician in Gravette, AR. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing a range of retail IT equipment including POS systems, servers, printers, and handheld devices.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred technical training. You will work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish retail IT equipment including POS systems, computers, servers, printers, tablets, laptops, and handheld devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, maintenance, testing, and quality inspections to ensure equipment meets specifications.
• Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service, repair, and inventory records.
• Package, label, sort, and prepare equipment for shipment and delivery.
• Communicate repair status, inventory needs, and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow customer repair guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
