Job summary

Greenberg & Larraby, Inc. seeks a Digital Records Strategy Consultant to develop and implement strategies for managing digital records across the organization. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and efficient records management practices.

Responsibilities include analyzing current practices, creating comprehensive strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement capture, storage, retrieval, and disposal processes while staying current with industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital records management, consulting, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, Archival Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in digital records management.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Job description

The Digital Records Strategy Consultant will provide expertise in developing and implementing strategies for managing digital records effectively across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting efficient records management practices.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, Archival Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
