Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. You will convert physical records to digital assets with strict adherence to production schedules and 100% accuracy in indexing and tracking.

Responsibilities include full-cycle document conversion, quality control, and progress tracking to optimize workflow and ensure data integrity. This is a temp-to-hire role with potential for full-time conversion and benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a production-oriented environment (we will train you).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to sustain pace to meet production rates.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English for safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute Full-Cycle Document Conversion: prep, sort, and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring staples are removed and documents reassembled after scanning.
• Drive Quality and Data Integrity: follow production procedures for quality control and indexing to meet standards.
• Collaborate and Track Progress: complete internal docs and logs to provide real-time project status updates.
