Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Scanning Technician to join a team in the Natchitoches area to digitize sensitive documents. You will travel between multiple office locations within the region to support digitization of child welfare records, handling sensitive content daily.

Responsibilities include digitizing hard copy data, maintaining quality and documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. Reliable transportation and local travel are required; phone-based communications will be used for team

Job description

TEKsystems is looking for individuals to join a team to digitize sensitive documents as a Scanning Technician in the Natchitoches area.

Candidates will be responsible for traveling between multiple office locations within their assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents. Viewing sensitive content is a daily part of this position. Travel will be based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, and candidates will follow the workload accordingly. Reliable transportation is required, as frequent travel between sites is an essential part of this role.

• Must be local to region. Travel costs: mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 50 miles or 1 hour from home base ($0.70/mile) one way OR for travel exceeding 100 miles or 2 hours from home base.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Natchitoches, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
