Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Scanning Technician to join a team in the Natchitoches area to digitize sensitive documents. You will travel between multiple office locations within the region to support digitization of child welfare records, handling sensitive content daily.

Responsibilities include digitizing hard copy data, maintaining quality and documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. Reliable transportation and local travel are required; phone-based communications will be used for team

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale scanning and documentation projects.
• Quality assurance and control experience.
• Handling of secure documents.
• Knowledge of transferring hard copy data to digitized format is a plus.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage project timelines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
