Job summary

Heartland Consulting seeks a Digitization Project Manager / Site Lead to serve as the on-site leader for all contractor staff performing document preparation, digitization, quality control and reassembly in support of BTFA DCE. You will work with the Government DCE Supervisor to balance day-to-day production with surge requirements while ensuring compliance with NARA, DOI and BTFA records policies.

The role is located at AIRR facility in Lenexa, KS, with duties including staff supervision,

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in digitization, records handling, or project leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in document preparation, quality control, and reassembly management.
• Working knowledge of records management guidelines and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site supervisor for all contractor personnel at AIRR facility.
• Manage daily staffing across document prep, digitization, quality control, and reassembly.
• Coordinate with Government DCE Supervisor to balance routine operations with surge work.
• Ensure work complies with SOPs and records management policies; monitor attendance and performance.
• Prepare and submit weekly status reports; act as liaison between contractor staff and Government leadership.
