Responsibilities

• Achieve financial wellness activity goals and identify referral opportunities.
• Assist customers and visitors with questions and problem resolution.
• Proactively engage customers to understand needs and inform them of products/services.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing.
