Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a skilled Digital Project Manager to own initiatives across mobile and desktop platforms, driving customer-focused solutions from discovery through implementation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholders; coordinating BAs, PMs, design, UX, development, QA, vendors; and maintaining plans and status reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience managing digital projects, including scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Experience with eCommerce or retail technology initiatives and customer experience solutions.
• Knowledge of web technologies, UI/UX, project management practices, and waterfall and agile software development lifecycles.
• Strong prioritization, scheduling, documentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate business analysts, product managers, design, UX, development, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and repositories, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, final sign-off, production handoff, and ongoing project needs.
