Job summary

Brobston Group in New York seeks a Senior Project Manager, Business Solutions to lead technology strategy, innovation, and enterprise solution implementations for the Maison in the Americas. You will develop regional roadmaps and drive digital transformation across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and program governance to align IT with business goals and budgets, collaborating with international IT teams and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks.
• Strong research, vendor assessment and vendor management, budgeting and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business platforms and infrastructure, identify modernization opportunities, and develop a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Assess emerging technologies and advise leadership on innovation opportunities.
• Lead selection, configuration, implementation, and rollout of business solutions and Group and Maison initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, vendors, budgets, funding requests, risks, and benefits realization.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, user adoption, and training.
• Build and maintain data analytics and dashboards, using trends to identify improvements.
