GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital customer experience and portal initiatives, collaborating with UX, Product, Engineering and Business teams.

You will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment of scope, timelines and quality across complex programs. The role requires strong IT project leadership and a track record of customer-facing tech solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years IT experience with at least 5 years managing technology projects.
• Experience leading digital, web, portal, UX, or customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
• Experience using Jira, Rally, or similar project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead digital customer experience and portal initiatives.
