About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and organized Digital Project Manager to join their team in Paarl . This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital projects, including website development, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives, on time and within budget. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the successful implementation of digital strategies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing complex digital projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may impede project progress.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
• Oversee the quality assurance process for all project deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar project management role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of web development processes, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.
