Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Website Project Manager to oversee planning, design, build, and rollout of real estate website projects. You will coordinate designers, developers, SEOs and product specialists, interfacing with clients and guiding them through the planning stages.

You will manage multiple projects concurrently, maintain transparent communication, and leverage AI and digital assets to deliver industry-leading websites.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, account management, web production, or related roles in a marketing agency or technology company.
• Strong understanding of technical project management and standard website technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines with organized workflows.
• Evidence of professional growth in the last 12 months (AI, courses, certifications, side projects, more responsibilities).

• Interface with clients, run meetings, and communicate outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide clients through planning, design, build, and rollout of real estate websites using internal teams.
• Onboard clients in planning and create site plans for designers and developers.
• Coordinate tasks for internal teams (tech leads, designers, developers, SEOs, product specialists).
• Provide client status updates via email, phone, text, and online meetings using company tools.
