Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA seeks a Digital Program Lead to own the Digital Technology roadmap and oversee DT scope across programs. This onsite role reports to GSMS/SSBU leadership and partners with program management, engineering, and proposals to enable digital transformation.

The candidate will be based in Woburn, MA, provide onsite support five days per week, and relocate if policy allows. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and significant IT/engineering experience.
• Active U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for leadership and program teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve program challenges.
• Manage performance metrics, EVMS, and staffing with regular reports.
• Partner with engineering/proposals to capture requirements and plans.
• Oversee AOP, track spending and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct DT resources and third-party collaborations for Agile initiatives.
• 100% on site.
