Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks an Operations Manager to lead construction, maintenance, and installation of outdoor advertising assets. You will manage material flow, budgets, and fleet operations while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will build a cohesive team, set performance standards, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, while coordinating with sales, marketing, and finance to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Seven (7) + years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills; able to multi-task.
• Able to partner with internal and external groups including vendors, clients, and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations including construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.
• Ensures department meets CCO Service Guarantee and client contracts on time.
• Hires, coaches, and builds a high-performance team with clear performance metrics.
• Maintains safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
