Responsibilities

• Lead on-time, on-strategy digital execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and site updates via CMS.
• Support digital production team for content development across site needs.
• Utilize tools to power front-end experiences and collaborate with Producers to optimize these experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of site standards, functionality, and resources for efficient action.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and build new functionalities for digital platforms.
• Mitigate delivery issues with cross-functional teams and propose alternative solutions to Producers.
• Communicate milestones, decisions, status, and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to digital content and product setup.
• Oversee production approval processes with cross-functional teams and obtain sign-offs.
• Contribute to additional projects as needed and demonstrate adaptability.
• Perform daily QA of site content and product launches with final sign-off for releases.
