  • Maintain understanding of site standards, functionality, and resources for action decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and build new functionalities for the digital platform.
  • Proactively work with cross-functional teams to mitigate delivery issues and propose alternatives to stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication of milestones, decisions, status, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital content and product setup.
  • Manage the production approval process with cross-functional teams for sign-offs.
  • Oversee additional projects as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Conduct daily QA of site content and product launches and provide final sign-off for releases.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the on-time, on-strategy, and high-quality digital execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and various site updates utilizing a content management system.
  • Provide essential support to the digital production team for content development projects across diverse site needs.
  • Leverage a variety of tools to power and enhance the front-end user experience, partnering with Producers to continuously optimize these experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of site standards, functionality, and available resources to swiftly determine the best course of action for project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve issues and assist in building new functionalities, ensuring a robust and evolving digital platform.
  • Work proactively with cross-functional teams to mitigate potential delivery issues and elevate critical concerns to relevant stakeholders, offering valuable input to Producers for alternative solutions.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed on project milestones, key decisions, status updates, and delivery timelines.
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot and effectively problem-solve technical issues related to digital content and/or product setup.
  • Manage the production approval process with various cross-functional teams as required, ensuring all necessary sign-offs.
  • Oversee additional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Conduct daily QA of site content and/or product launches, providing final sign-off for content release to ensure impeccable quality.
