The ideal candidate has agency experience and excels at fast-paced task processing, with strong Asana skills and the ability to communicate with financial advisors and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Agency experience managing high-ticket intake and multitasking across high-volume accounts.
• Ability to process tasks quickly with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience with Asana is required.
• Strong, professional communication with high-level stakeholders.
• Independent PM with minimal supervision and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track digital production tasks from intake to completion.
• Use Asana for task assignment, tracking, and workflow management.
• Serve as the primary contact for financial advisors and internal partners.
• Synthesize feedback from marketing, content, and development teams for execution.
• Provide proactive follow-up to prevent bottlenecks.
