Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional production design experience in beauty, fashion, retail, or agency settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries, and design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for print and digital production.
• 3+ years building and maintaining template-based creative and scalable production workflows.
• 3+ years supporting large-scale brand initiatives, catalog production, retail campaigns, or seasonal marketing efforts involving complex asset ecosystems.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Ziflow, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) for collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent professional industry experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brand system execution and asset preparation within Figma.
• Prepare assets for multiple channels including retail, digital, and email.
• Quality assurance and compliance checks for file accuracy and readiness.
• Pre-press and proofing to ensure production-ready output.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, writers, and marketing teams.
• Organize and manage creative files for easy retrieval.
