Responsibilities

• Lead on-time, on-strategy, high-quality digital execution for marketing campaigns, product launches, and site updates.
• Provide support to the digital production team for content development across site needs.
• Leverage tools to power and enhance front-end user experiences with Producers.
• Maintain understanding of site standards, functionality, and resources for action decisions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and build new functionalities for the digital platform.
• Proactively work with cross-functional teams to mitigate delivery issues and propose alternatives to stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication of milestones, decisions, status, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital content and product setup.
• Manage the production approval process with cross-functional teams for sign-offs.
• Oversee additional projects as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
• Conduct daily QA of site content and product launches and provide final sign-off for releases.
