ZS is a global advisory firm that blends strategy with technology to deliver impact across healthcare and life sciences. This Strategy & Transformation internship helps interns turn strategic visions into actionable plans, shaping client engagements and organizational change.

As an Advisory Consultant Intern, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, design governance and KPIs, and support change enablement with behavioral insights. Hybrid work and travel are expected in this program.

Qualifications

• MBA candidates in their first year; bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• 3–5 years of pre‑MBA work experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English and client‑service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on strategic choices to transform their organization.
• Lead discussions with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions.
• Develop client deliverables in PowerPoint with clear supporting analysis.
• Coordinate project tasks and guide junior team members.
• Provide thought leadership and drive innovation within projects and practices.
