We’re excited to be looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Digital Product Manager, you'll work hands on keeping the digital product roadmap accurate, the backlog healthy, and new features rigorously tested from spec to launch.
This role sits at the intersection of execution and growth - comfortable independently handling well-defined product work, and building toward more ambiguous, higher-complexity problems with guidance. You'll work daily with Engineering, Product Design, and Site Operations to ship high-quality customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Base salary range: $69,000–$90,000, plus equity.
We take a consistent approach to our salary bands to ensure internal equity, and expect to make offers within this range. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.
