• Lead strategic product roadmaps, product development, program launches, and marketing to maximize product value.
• Survey and analyze competitive landscapes to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers.
• Oversee day-to-day product marketing for core products including delivery, client experience, and client communications.
• Drive client value propositions, positioning, pricing, and channel strategies to become Citi's preferred partner.
• Coordinate and align plans across units; influence strategic decisions affecting regions or functions.
