Job summary

Citi Commerce is seeking a Product Lead to own end-to-end delivery of Citi Commerce's ad and offers capabilities. You will translate strategy into technical specs, drive product delivery, and partner with commercial and technology teams to launch features.

The role requires strong experience in digital advertising, adtech and martech, with a focus on governance, compliance, and vendor management across a regulated financial services environment. This is a full-time on-site position in New York.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, adtech, martech, or commerce media.
• Deep understanding of the digital ad tech stack and measurement systems.
• Proven ability to write detailed technical requirements and work with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap for ad and offers capabilities, shipping on time and to standard.
• Own technical requirements and business specifications for engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between commercial and technology teams.
• Manage third-party integrations within AdTech/MarTech ecosystems and timelines.
• Lead testing, UAT, and performance validation prior to launch.
• Navigate governance and regulatory review for new features and launches.
