You will partner with IT, marketing, and stakeholders to maintain a back-log aligned with business goals and digital roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and optimal customer experiences.

The role emphasizes agile ceremonies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to advance product maturity and user satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in digital projects and product ownership.
• Experience translating business needs into user experiences.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and roles.
• Healthcare or IT project experience is a plus.
