Highmark Health is seeking a Digital Product Manager who will champion the customer’s voice across the product lifecycle. You will define the product vision, articulate the why behind initiatives, and guide a road map that aligns technology, business, and user needs to deliver meaningful digital experiences.

You will collaborate with design, development, and analytics teams to execute the strategy, manage backlogs, and partner with stakeholders to maximize value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a Business/Technical Analysis or Digital Product Management role.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for assigned digital products.
• Collects quantitative product data and metrics through market research.
• Gathers product requirements and aligns them with business goals; develops strategy.
• Leverages existing digital capabilities to inform product solutions.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Owns the digital product/tools and backlog.
• Coordinate with other Product Managers for cross-product alignment.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
