CareSource is seeking a Digital Product Manager I to oversee digital products from planning to delivery, coordinating with IT, marketing, and external partners. You will drive backlogs, timelines, and product analytics while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong customer experience.

The role emphasizes Lean and Design Thinking to navigate ambiguity, align with business goals, and deliver measurable outcomes for digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, CS, IT, Communications or related field.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in digital projects required.
• Experience translating business requirements into user experiences and supporting technical specs.

Responsabilités

• Manage growth and optimization of digital products to drive awareness, engagement and adoption.
• Develop and manage digital asset budget and coordinate with internal partners and agencies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate backlogs with Scrum, SA and Tech leads as Product Owner.
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks and needs across stakeholders and teams.
• Guide digital strategy goals, customer experience, and product analytics.
