FirstBank PR is seeking a Product Management Officer to lead the vision and go-to-market strategies for commercial deposits and transactional digital channels. The role works across departments to drive innovative digital banking solutions.

You will partner with internal teams and vendors, build BCs/BRDs, and track performance KPIs to improve profitability and customer satisfaction while navigating regulatory and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Accounting.
• 3-4 years combined experience in finance, commercial electronic banking or product management.
• Strong product and project management knowledge with marketing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead vision, product planning, product management and go-to-market strategies for commercial deposits/transactional digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to drive product initiatives.
• Prepare Business Cases (BCs) and BRDs for management approval.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs and customer adoption post-launch.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
