Job summary

Centralbancompany is seeking a strategic Product Manager Lead to define and deliver a new digital banking experience for small business customers. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for mobile and online channels, partnering with design, engineering, risk, compliance, marketing, and operations to drive adoption and growth.

You will translate customer insights into clear requirements, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and align stakeholders to launch secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital banking or fintech.
• Experience leading digital product initiatives for mobile/online banking.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, customer-centered design, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmaps for small business digital banking and mobile experiences.
• Identify customer needs and growth opportunities through research and market analysis.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, features, and priorities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing for secure, compliant solutions.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog balancing value, regulatory requirements, feasibility, and impact.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and revenue impact.
• Lead testing, pilots, rollout planning, and post-launch improvements.
