Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing digital, web, software, or interactive projects.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including strategy, UX/UI design, development, content, and marketing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
• Familiarity with the digital product or website development lifecycle.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts without needing to be a developer.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining the bigger picture.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through launch and post-launch support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure priorities and responsibilities are clear.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for design and development teams.
• Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners.
• Lead project status meetings and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.
