Job summary

PING, Inc. seeks a Digital Privacy & Compliance Analyst to ensure privacy and compliance across digital systems, websites, and implementations.

You will work with technical teams to identify privacy issues, translate requirements into actionable guidance, and coordinate with legal counsel as needed. You will also own accessibility compliance across digital properties, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support vendor privacy obligations while staying current on domestic and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 2+ years in IT compliance/GRC, privacy compliance, or digital compliance.
Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams on system, code, or data-related reviews.
Certifications such as CIPP/US or CIPT are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Participate in technical reviews and planning to identify privacy issues.
Develop AI review prompts and guidance for technical teams.
Research privacy issues in depth and provide findings and solutions.
Coordinate with legal counsel to resolve open questions.
Maintain documentation to support audit readiness.
Validate accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 and ADA) across digital properties.
Audit accessibility compliance and coordinate remediation with technical teams.
Partner with Corporate Compliance Director on broader programs.
Maintain vendor data contact lists and verify vendor privacy compliance.
Stay current on domestic and international privacy laws and PCI scope.
