Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Privacy Analyst based in New York to join our global Privacy Team, focusing on privacy-by-design and cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, trust & safety, and Legal.

You will triage and document complex reviews (PbDs, DPIAs, LIAs), translate global regulatory requirements into practical guidance, and help build scalable processes while staying ahead of GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA and AI/privacy developments.

Qualifications

• Background in privacy, law, public policy, or related field.
• Experience supporting PIAs, DPIAs, LIAs, and product privacy reviews.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Familiarity with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA) and privacy program governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, data science and legal teams to coordinate privacy reviews.
• Conduct and document privacy assessments as required by law.
• Develop and improve scalable processes and templates for reviews.
• Stay current on global privacy developments and apply updates to existing features.
• Support audits and assessments of privacy practices with cross‑functional partners.
• Contribute to portfolio-wide privacy governance initiatives.
