Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Privacy & AI Governance Analyst to own the privacy program and AI governance framework from day one. You will report to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and work with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Legal to embed compliance into products and operations.

In this hands-on role you will support FedRAMP readiness, ISO 42001 certification, and compliance for a growing federal customer base, while balancing privacy duties with the company’s

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in privacy, compliance, or legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DPA reviews, redlines and execution with authority to approve standard DPAs.
• Manage data subject rights intake, response and tracking across GDPR, CCPA, and US state privacy laws.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments for new features, integrations and data processing activities.
• Maintain subprocessor register and manage vendor subprocessor compliance notifications.
• Own privacy policy maintenance and coordinate updates for web publication to stay current.
